A perfect, long-term solution for the deficiency of the new video clock generator/PLL IC that I've mentioned last time couldn't be found yet. (It has turned out the other one had the same deficiency.) Thus I had to go with "plan B" in the meantime, producing a new series of cards (Rev3.2) with this chip on a separate, little, user-replaceable module, in case it needs to be replaced later. (Hope it won't be needed so I could go back to the Rev3 boards, as well.) I'm sending the cards very soon.
Take a look at here for photos on the new version (along with the new HDMI module, as well as new photos on the cabling of the Switcher Module (DVI)):

Forgive me for the delays, I'm struggling to "get it out of here" already.
